SiT95145(10路輸出,低抖動,MEMS時鐘抖動清除器)

       SiT95145是一款基于SiTime Cascade?技術的單片MEMS抖動清理器,提供最高級別的時鐘樹集成,并將多個時鐘IC和振蕩器整合到一個設備中。它的低噪聲四PLL架構和可編程輸出驅動器提供多達10個差分或20個LVCMOS低抖動時鐘輸出。它支持4個額外的時鐘輸入與分形分頻器,使幾乎任何輸入到輸出頻率轉換配置從8KHz到2.1GHz。

       SiT95145集成了SiTime的第三代MEMS諧振器。這種集成的MEMS方法消除了對石英晶體基準的依賴,以及所有與石英相關的問題。它實現了真正的片上時鐘系統,提高了系統的健壯性:


  • 消除晶體電容失配的時鐘合成
  • 即使在低溫和其他惡劣環境條件下,也始終可靠啟動
  • 由于晶體界面上的噪聲耦合,沒有抖動退化
  • 沒有石英固有的活性下降/頻率跳躍
  • 抗振動和板彎曲能力提高10倍

       SiT95145支持SiTime專用時鐘編程器軟件。同時也可以隨附用戶指定的出廠預編程默認啟動配置。在制造過程中,可以使用兩組一次性可編程(OTP)存儲器對設備配置進行兩次重新編程,或者通過I2C/SPI在系統中進行配置,以增加BOM靈活性。SiT6503EB評估板也支持SiT95145。
